Introduction Text I'm 46 and the mother of one. I love NASCAR (Favorites are Dale Jr. and Tony Stewart). I also like to spend time with my family, bowling, traveling and scrapbooking. We have 5 dogs, Zoey our Rat Terrier and Lilly, Gracie Mae, Ruby and Winston, our Chihuahuas and Dexter, our cat. I haven't been active on Sparkpeople for quite a while but I want to get back in the habit. I enjoyed the friendship and support before and am hoping to make some new friends this time as well. We all can use some support through our journey. I had a Sleeve Gastrectomy on December 16, 2013. I am so glad I made the decision to have the surgery. It's changed my life and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I want to lose 82 pounds. 6/26/14- 59 pounds off, only 23 to go! WooHoo! 8/29/14 - Only 15 pounds to my ideal weight. 8 pounds to my personal goal. I see a light at the end of the tunnel. 5/14/15 - I am at my ideal weight. Well below my goal so I'm thrilled. Now to just maintain. Loving this!

I eat a high protein, low fat and low carb diet. Usually around 700 calories per day. And lots of fluids. Powerade zero, crystal light, water and soy milk. No sugary drinks or anything carbonated.

I was born in San Jose, California and currently live in Idaho.
