Hello from Michigan. GO BLUE!!!!!!!! 2018 - I am starting over again...I need to get back in control of my health and exercising. I stopped working in Nov. of 17 due to affects of MS. Changed how I eat but now need to gain weight... 2017 - Starting a new lifestyle. Will be starting the Overcoming MS program to hopefully have better days with my MS. Will make a point to blog and record food and fitness. 2016 - My goal this year is to strengthening my core and leg so my walking will improve and I won't need the cane or rollater. 2015 - Well 2014 wasn't bad. I did not reach 110 but that is okay. This year I plan to exercise daily and eat better. I want to make sure my family is also eating healthier and having fruits and vegetables daily. 2014 - This is the year!!!! I have been stretching daily. Just finished physical therapy for my leg and have the exercises to do at home. I am eating better not perfect but better. My goal this year is to reach 110 and stay there... 2013 - Well I am a mission again! I have to lose a few pounds and firm up to fit in a dress for my Best Friends wedding in October. I got a NutriBullet for Christmas so that should help me. I just have get back into exercising and not let my stiff muscles stop me... 2012 - I have been here for a long time.... It has been an up and down journey but I think I am set and ready to go. I am happy with my weight, mostly... I just wat to make sure I stick to eating right and exercising. My goal this year is to concentrate on toning rather than losing weight... 2011 - Well I'm still on the journey to reach and stay at my goal weight. I am determined to do it this year. I plan to limit my fast food and pop, trying to cut it out totally doesn't work for me. And exercise, it's time to stop the on again off again and keep it consistent with at least 5 days of some kind os exercise every week! 2008 - It's good to be back. Spark helped me reach my first goal 2 years ago of losing weight before my trip to SoBe. I kept going but then fell off track while I was pregnant. Now I am ready to get going again and reach my goal weight again. 2009! It's a new year for a new beginning..... I'm ready to get started on abetter and healthier life. I plan to get back to tracking my food, exercising everyday and taking time foe myself. I also plan to start running/jogging. I got a little start before having my baby in March but haven't picked it back up again.

Do Cardio exercises at least 2 days a week

Do strength exercises at least 3 times a week

Drink 8+ glasses of water a day
