Welcome to the dog lovers team. Your pictures are great!! I am very interested in agility, but the dog we currently have didn't like it and now she's too old next time...it's what I'll be looking to do with the next one!

Great picture of Maggie! I love the idea that a Boston is doing agility training. My Boston is more of a service dog...she brings in the paper, brings our shoes when she wants to go out, brings me my glasses, my pen to do the crossword. Of course, she works for food!
Glad to have seen you on our BostonTerrier Forum. Looking forward to seeing you there again.

Is that your cute little Boston Terrier doing agility???

I'm off track LOL I came in to say WELCOME to SparkPeople!! You have truly come to a great place that is designed for YOUR success in weight loss. I prefer to think of it as FAT tossed down the toilet LOL

The tools that are here are awesome -- use a journal and track your food, then put it into the Nutrition page; create a SparkPage that gets you in touch with different aspects of you; learn to use the blogging tool on your page to keep track of what's going on in your life, and see if it can help you figure out where your loosing track; memberboards have topics on almost anything you might have questions about -- the list is truly endless!!

This community is a lifesaver. SparkPeople is a gift that I have grabbed a hold of and am zestfully using as often as I can (I have a bum back so my timer just went off saying it's time to close up for now!).

I have lost 28 lbs since Apr 2, and I really owe a lot of it to SparkPeople. It keeps me honest, keeps me on track, and offers me support 24/7.

    It's here for YOU, too!

    Be well ... Terri
