To one of the few indred-soul runners on Sparkpeople, things have changed but my heart for running hasn't. I've got ssome artificial parts now so I should be stronger than ever. I'm currently starting back trying to get my wind back and then hopefully be racing this time next year. I'm guessing you are back in the states? Sshoot me a line sometime. I LOVE the 5-3-1 program! I did Boring But Big when I had more time to workout this summer and got great results. The Triumverate is great to break up the boredom though. I'm sort of re-planning my next month on the program though because I feel like my lower body is progressing WAAAAAYYYYY faster than my upper. I might do core work on squats/deadlifts days and then Boring But Big for the upper body days. I'm in the recovery week right now, so I need to decide soon. :) 2961 days ago
