    Hey!! I love triathlons =]. You can do it! Get there early so you can get your bike setup in the transition area and have it layed out to have the fastest transition (shirt over shoes, socks in each shoe, etc). Then warm up a little before the swim (get in the water if you can and swim a little).

    I'm a swimmer so I generally try to get in the front for the swim, but if you're not a swimmer try to follow behind someone of a similar speed so you can catch their draft (don't hit their feet or they will be really upset lol). The bike portion is always what gets me because I have a mountain bike, so if you have a racing bike use it! And for the run I would suggest running with someone, it definitely helps motivate me to keep going.
