welcome to my page. I found sparkpeople a little over a year ago. I really love all the people I have met here. This last month was a bad one for me. I learned I have ostioporsis that limits my walking(the more I walk the more it hurts) and then I was sick for a week with (a cold) It left me weak but I did lose weight.//// 10 lbs. Now I am back up a little and stronger again so can work at holding and getting down even more lbs more natually. another good thing --the weather is getting cold-I have my gardening all done for the winter-(that means I can work out on the muscles and sthreghth without so much pain.) The computer is behaving- things are looking up. Hope the same for all of you.

I have been trying to watch what i eat and am trying to exercise
Personal Information:
i am from the state of new york--about 70 miles from buffalo along the pa border. married to the most gentle kindes man ever. he is 94 now and i am 82. in good shape for our age. he is not overweight but i am. i have high blood pressure must not eat salt , watch my cholesterall and weight

I like reading the bible, gardening and crocheting. I like the sunshine and doing things outside. I like playing on the computer too.
