New Beginning


I would like to lose about 40-50lbs in order to improve my stamina, breathing, and concentration. Most importantly, fit into my clothes! :)....LOL!

My Goals:
1) I KNOW THAT I AM BEAUTIFUL! :)

2) Start running ( been putting this off way too long)

3) Get back to gym for weight training! (Starts in end of JAN)

4) Schedule day-to-day activities! I think that this will keep me engaged & focused!

 Eat Healthy

EXERCISE WOMAN!

BREATHE! LIVE!

 I enjoy being happy! It can be difficult at times, but it is worth it! Life's too short to be sad all the time!

    emoticon it has been a while since I have been active on SP but....I'm baaaaacccckkk!!!! I was derailed by injuries, then health issues, then life.
    It is a new day and a new season. I lost ground, but not wisdom or knowledge. I know what works and I am going to work it. Checking in to see who is on hiatus and who is active....Praying that all is well on your world.... emoticon

    This Life on Earth

    Easter means that this life on earth
    is not all there is.
    Jesus went "to prepare a place for us"
    in His Father’s heavenly mansions
    for all eternity.
    Jesus died for our sins,
    paying our penalty,
    so that we could be forgiven.
    He was resurrected, to prove
    that death has no hold
    on those who repent
    and accept Him as Savior.
    This life on earth is a prelude
    to eternal joy with our Lord.
    Easter is a celebration
    of our eternal destiny.
