On well on my way in this weight loss journey. I have officially lost 30lbs! I am currently working out at around 5 days a week. But I have been doing really well sticking to 6 days! I am following Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack abs mixed with her Extreme Shed & Shred. I have already kiced Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and the 30 Day Shred's butts! I have about 12lbs more to go on this journey. I can't wait to get there, and stay healthy for life!
