Hello fellow Sparkers!

I'm a 21 year old college student who is trying to lose weight and get healthier. I've tried to do this on my own, but it just hasn't been working well. I figured having a large support group and tracking more of what I eat and weigh on a regular basis could help me accomplish my goals.
