Introduction Text

My first major goal is to get to 180 pounds by the end of April. From there I'll want to get to try to get to 135. However the main goal for me is that I want to be happy and healthy. I want to feel good about myself again. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin.

I've been working out 6 days a week. Doing cardio and also strength training three times a week. I also run 3 times a week now, as well. I'm learning the meaning of the phrase portion control. And adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. I'm also eating less meat. I try to only eat meat for one meal a day. Also, I'm drinking a ton of water. I hardly ever drank anything before starting up with the Spark program, but now I always have water with me.
