Introduction Text Back in the game and working towards a healthier lifestyle. That's the overall goal....feeling better and reducing health risks that come along with not eating "right" and exercising. All this will help me be able to buy smaller pants! A welcomed side effect.

My first goal is to get to my wedding weight. Ultimately I would like to drop 2 sizes in my clothing, lose a total of 42 lbs (if it's healthy), and be in overall good shape. I know that I may weigh more as I build muscle so I'd be fine with reducing my size if the scale doesn't move much.

I'm trying to keep in line with the recommended 1200-1550 calories per day. My workout routine consists of: Monday-30 min cardio, lower body weights Tuesday-30 min cardio, upper body weights Wednesday-30 min cardio, lower body weights Thursday-30 min cardio, upper body weights Friday-30-45 minutes cardio Recently I've tried to add in a group class workout on the weekend if it's possible. Currently 24hour STEP is my favorite!
