Introduction Text Another long slow slide regaining lost weight, another restart. Rinse. Repeat. Somehow I need to find the energy to do this again. My commitments to myself: - Increase fruits and veggies. - Drink more water. - Walk. Short term goal: when registering for BOW 2020, be comfortable enough in my skin and strong enough in my body to sign up for any class that looks interesting (instead of limiting myself to classes that don’t require a lot of activity)

To start a new healthy routine that incorporates self care into my daily activities To reach 180 pounds (119 pounds lost).

Lots of fruits and veggies. Whole foods. Reasonable portions.
