I am a 63 year old grandmother with various health issues. I am trying to deal with these becuase of the beautiful grandchildren that light up my life.
Well, I wrote that 4 years ago and I am still fighting the fight. I have been up (as now) and down a little. But, now at 67 it is do or die so I am off againl.
I need to edit again as I turned 69 yesterday. I feel successful in this plan when I rebooted last April
(2017) hope to ...

Well 2018 is here, I was at 183 my lowest, but maintaining was difficult. I am back to 191 and will restart tracking. Goal one for 2019. Goal 2 get to 175.
