Introduction Text Hello! When I eat healthy and workout I become something different: I am happier and I just feel good about my life and my future.

My goal is to be healthy, active and to stay committed to a healthier lifestyle. I want to lose 5- 10 lbs every month. REMINDER: create a vision collage

1. Exercise no less than 4-5 times a week 30 -60 min per day. rotate: -Video workouts -treadmill -walks at a track/park -SP strength training -climb stairs w/weights 2. Drink 3 liters of WATER a day. 3. Eat plenty of salads, fruits vegetables, fish and chicken 4. Low cal sweets twice a week. 5. Weigh in once at the end of the month. 6. goal weight by December: 230 lbs 7. 2400 mg or less of sodium foods per day Starting Date: 3/1/09 Starting weight: 309 lbs Currently: 291 lbs REMEMBER IF THE SCALE DOES NOT CHANGE IT MAY BE BECAUSE I'M GAINING MUSCLE AND LOSING FAT STILL! The scale is just one measure!
