I LOVE Sparkpeople!


I joined Sparkpeople 6 years ago and I have to say I have been highly successful because of it. I've been living a healthier, fuller life for 4 years and I feel absolutely phenomenal!

Sparkpeople has changed my life in ways I will always be grateful for.

I've learned how to eat better, be more active, and have a better attitude towards food and fitness.

My Goals:
To be fit before getting pregnant.

To lose the flab on my arms, thighs, and stomach.

To look good in a two piece swimsuit!

My Program:
 Workout 3-5 times a week

Calorie intake: 1200-1500 a day

Lots of fruits and veggies!

Healthy portions too!

    Thank you darlin! I am finally ready to make this change for good! We really haven't set a date yet all i know is i can't wait!! Yeah i know what you mean about cheating thats why i need this website soo much!! i mean in the past i would try to lose weight cheat once and lost all hope!! i'd be like well i guess i can't do it anyway know what i mean. But when i have people to cheer me on it helps! Plus i am stoked b/c i am in NYC right now finishing school and my fiance is coming up next month to visit and i definally want him to see a change!! so that motivates me too but thank you for your supportive words it really means alot!
