Introduction Text I lost 50 and I gained it all back. It's time to lose it again!

1) Lose 70 lbs. of fat and replace with 15 - 20 lbs of muscle and increase overall health. 2) Get organized, manage my life, time and money to the best of my ability. 3) Improve my relationships with my family, friends and colleagues.

Nutrition, yoga, cardio exercise, and resistance training. Time, stress and money management tools. Scheduling quality time with the people I love, and admire.

Hi, my name is David; I live in Cincinnati. I have 70 lbs to lose. I'm from a family deeply rooted in food, tradition and the pursuit of spritual growth. I am surrounded by international friends for whom I cook. I have a beautiful daughter who lives abroad. I work in a high stress health care field.
