    Hey there! I usually eat between 1600 and 1700 calories a day, depending on how much exercise I am getting. I just started Crossfit classes about 3 days a week, which is high intensity for about 30 minutes, not including warm up exercises. I then have a rest day the day after because of how sore this routine causes me in every muscle. Then one day of elliptical for 45 minutes or running/walking as I train for a 5k for 45 minutes. I try to eat a lot of protein, fruits and veggies. Let me know if I can help you with anything else!
