Introduction Text I am married and have 2 grown children.Boy and girl.4 grands.. Here it is fall again and still dont have the weight off.I had major back surgery and beginning to have some strength back.I am trying hard to lose weight.I am starting my walking any day now.that is about all i will be able to do and not on concrete.I need all the support i can get!!lol I sure need to get everyday!

Loseweight and be healthy.feel better. eed fries to write to ecourage me.trying to loss and stop a bad habit! Alot going on ,trying to get back on here.miss talking and reading how all are doing.

Trying to eat more veggies and fruit and drink water and try to slimwaist down.

i AM FROM UPPER EAST tN. I lOVE MY TOWN BUT I AM BORED AND COVERED UP WITH WORK AND PROBLEMS TO WORK ON.TAKE CARE.
