My name is Debbie. I am 48 years old/ young. I want to make some positive changes this year. Being tobacco free and loosing weight are my priorities. I want to be around for retirement with my husband. {someplace with palmtrees and sunshine}. But most of all I want to be here when my daughter starts her family with her new husband.

My Goals:
My goals are pretty basic. The most important is to get healthy. I want to quit smoking and loose weight so I feel better. I have some back problems so I think getting rid of some extra pounds will help with that.

My Program:
 I haven't decided on a program for the weight yet. I will start walking 30 mins a day, I think that counts. My first priority is to stop smoking! Started that today. I'm going with the clock program recommended by Dr. Oz. My cousin/friend Donna is doing it with me. Wish us luck!


Personal Information:
I have been married to the same man for 30 years {in Sept. 2008}. I have a beautiful, intelligent, and very independant daughter. She is 27. Just married in Oct. 2007. I am here at the recomendation of my cousin/friend. She loves it and swears I will too. I am a design engineer. I design the instrument panel wiring for Class A RV's. {those are the big ones} I love my job. It is challenging but can be stressfull at times.

Other Information:
 I love hanging out with my 98 year old Grandmother. We share a love for gardening. In the spring and summerI refer to our time together as "Gardening with Granny" I also enjoy jigsaw puzzels, counted cross stitching, going on vacation, and camping with my family. I LOVE palmtrees, and hot air balloons and collect both.

    DIL's are daughter in laws. Lisa has a bad one, and been telling us about her. It has really got me going, because of mine. You know some of the story. -Some days I don't think twice about it, but other days seem heart wrenching, and never ending. To read about others get me going, but only about my situation. Be glad you don't have any...If you ever thought guy's were bad you haven't met 70% of the girls. OMG MOST GIRLS TODAY ARE JUST BAD...
