I've been overweight all my life..13 years ago after I had my oldest son I lost 60 lbs. I did the Atkins diet and it worked for me. 10 years later I had my 2nd son and did well when I was pregnant. After I had him I didn't exercise as much as I should and gained most of my weight back. I'm hoping SP will be the boost I need.

LOOSING WEIGHT IS A JOURNEY, ENJOY ALL THE UPS AND DOWNS. IN THE LONG RUN THE UPS WILL OUT WEIGH THE DOWNS..

 Tuesday/Thursday-Step Arob. W/Weights 50 min

Mon/Wed/Fri - 30 Min Cardio & Weight Training

Sat/Sun - 60 min of cardio

I'm from upstate New York. I'm married with 2 boy's. Their ages are 16 and 6.
