Retired but working part time. I live in Las Vegas. I love reading and playing with my IPad. I believe in the power of positivity and try to seek out the positive in every day.

My Mantra: “Every day may not be good but there is something good in every day.”

January 2020

Fresh. New. Year. New Decade as well.

With the new year comes a new resolve to reach my maintenance weight. It is 10 pounds away but I think, with persistence and consistency as I work my program, I can make it happen.

Letting go of the old. Beginning anew.

Let’s make 2020 the year all of our efforts come to fruition.

Have a blessed, prosperous, positive, happy and healthy New Year, Spark Friends.

Keep moving forward.
