After leaving Spark for a while, I'm back. Lots of happenings in the meantime, including a scary encounter with Atrial Fibrillation which put me in hospital for a week and made me pay more attention to medication, diet, exercise and taking more care of ME.

Fitness Minutes: 160

My Goals:
I aim to be the fittest 77 year old in Queensland and do it in 6 months........ with a bottom like Pippa Middleton.

My Program:
Exercise every day, with walking, balance ball and either weights or resistance band. Makeup on EVERY day, hair styled properly, nails without chipped polish.

Good grooming gives fantastic look good, you feel good.

Personal Information:
Originally from England (hence the Pom tag) but have lived in Australia since 1965. I'm in Rosewood, a small town about 90 minutes inland from Brisbane Queensland. I'm 77 years of age (in body, not in mind) and have far too many interests. Recently diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation which puts me at risk of blood clots, leading to stroke or heart attack. So am on medication for ever. But I will not sit around waiting for whatever my body decides to do next, which is why I'm back with Spark! Woo Hoo!

Other Information:
I love books, music, crafts and have so many interests I never know what to work on first.
I like mainly orchestral music, but also the silly but happy music we had in the 50's and 60's. Boney M's *Rasputin* is one I use for exercise because it really gets the legs moving.
My favourite book is *The Centurion's Wife* by Janette Oke and Davis Bunn, but I read a lot of murder mysteries and self help books also.
