Also, I don't know if you have already done this or not, but did you calculate your BMR and maintenance ranges... these are the ranges you will use to zig-zag your calories.... The calculations are based on your sex, age, height, weight and activity level.
Here is a website that I use to calculate my BMR/BMI as well as create a 7 day zig-zag rotation.
