Love my grandchildren big bunches and want to be able to play with them without collapsing in heap.Employer just started an 8 month healthy lifestyle initiative and my wife and i have embraced it fully. We have completely changed our eating habits and have set a goal to exercise 6 days a week.I try to do about 40 to 60 minutes of cardio daily and also powerwalk with my wife.I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, gardening, and alternative music.

My Goals:
I want to be able to see my sixpak. on my way there! Complete my first circuit of insanity & see results. Play with my grandchildren tirelessly Gain & maintain a healthy diet & lifestyle. Get below 200 pounds and stay there.
My Program:
Insanity cardio 6 days a week. Walk at least 10,000 steps a day. Stretch for 15 minutes a day. Sprinkle in some Tai Chi to wind down. Eating a healthy diet.

Hi i'm terry. i've made it to my silver years and plan on making them my best.I live in a small country town in middle tennessee with my wife of 34 years. we have 2 sons w/ wives,2grandchildren and another due in june 2012.
Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, gardening, alternative music, taking drives with the top down in our jeep,and any time spent near an ocean!
