Kids starting to leave home and now it's time for ME

Fitness Minutes: 72,477

My Goals:
Get my feet healthy so I can run again. Someday I WILL run a half marathon.

My Program:
 Running on the treadmill 3x's per week.
Participating in an organized race once a month starting with 5k and progressing to 10k.
On non-run days I will mix up my training with hula hooping, jump rope, mini trampling, stationary bike, and strength training to continue on my weight loss journey and my journey to health.

    Thank you for the ideas on communicating. I don't know how to say it better. I even gave him a kiss goodbye as the show was about to start. I've done it for 8 weeks at 1 pm. Maybe you could offer the exact words because when I repeatedly say I only ask for 22 minutes 5 days a week, I won't answer the phone or door from 1-1:22 it doesn't seem to register!

    Thank you for reading my blog. My daughter is in 6th grade. At that age I was not able to express my emotions, However I do know that when I was frightened or insecure, I ran away from things, people or situations or became defensive. It still confuses me that the teachers and the counselor are expecting so much from such a young child. No child at that age understands how to help myself.
