This is one of my water color paintings and it's where I want to be right now. Splashing in the white warm sand of Miramar Beach in Florida! Ahhhh...relaxation, warmth, nature, beauty, humility. Take a moment to breath from your diaphragm and remember who you are in the depth of your soul and that you are valued just because you are uniquely you.

TIME TO GET REAL. I have 25 pounds to lose. I have been dealing with a lot of stress in the past couple years and now is the time to get the fat off once and for all. Sexy at Sixty is my mantra and plan to have 12 pounds off by my birthday, mid June and 15 pounds off by July and the last 10 off by Fall.

I love good food and eat too many simple carbs. They are my go to. Enough of the excuses. I am so excited to say goodbye to the old body and welcome myself into the body I am supposed to have.

Recipes on Spark Recipes by Tamera! I love to create recipes and meals that help me stay within my calorie limit but I simply enjoy eating.

My Goals:
July 23, 2020
166 pounds today 12 pounds lots
Went from 36% body fat to 31% body fat
Lost 6 inches over all.

Next goal is 160 in 6 weeks by September 7th! I am excited to achieve this goal!

April 20, 2020:
To get a total of 25 pounds off!
10 pounds off now and feeling great! It took 11 wks to lose 10 pounds and am happy with that!
Now it's time to get the next 5 pounds off after being at this weight for a few weeks now.
Resetting goals:
Next goal: 5 more pounds off by August 17, which is 6 weeks, my weight will be 163.
Let's do this thing!
Then I will look to the next goal on August 17!


My Program:
Stay in my fat burning zone by tracking calories every day. Plan out meals and have fruits and vegetables on hand ALWAYS. Prepare salads and roasted vegetables, raw veggies and fruits so they are easy to grab when I am busy. Protein shakes help me stay on track and healthy. Anticipate the challenges, summer parties, busy work schedule and make sure I always have homemade protein packed granola bars, home made graham crackers, with natural peanut butter, serving size cut up veggies, low cal muffins ready to grab when running out the door.
Celebrate the successes. Stay positive. Have Fun! Enjoy the feeling of comfortable clothing. Say good bye to the old body. Be grateful. Use Premium Coaching on Spark. Take care of me. Have fun.
