I am a woman, over 60 years old . In June 2012, I started Sparking and set goals. By March 2013, I met my weight loss, blood glucose, and blood pressure goals (and then some). I retired in October 2017. In my quiet time, I make rosaries and other beaded treasures "for the soul"; I weave and crochet prayer shawls; I crochet and loom-knit hats and scarves for the homeless; and I lovingly care for my family, including two Vizsla dogs, two cats, and a very talkative parrot.
