I am a 41 year old mom of two very energetic, fun loving girls (6 and 4). I have been overweight my whole life. I have finally realized I need to change both my eating habits and activity levels if I want to see my daughters grow up.

I joined Spark People in 2009 but haven't been on the site in over a year. I am hoping I can reignite the spark again.

Fitness Minutes: 13,222

My Goals:
Exercise 5 times a week.
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.
Drink 8 glasses of H2O every day.


My Program:
 Cardio workout at least 4 times a week.

Strength training 3 times a week.

Make sure I keep my food journal up to the minute.

 I love football and hockey especially Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins.

    Happy Sparkiversary! Six years ago we all started out on a journey together. Some of us hit our goals quickly and some of us are still working towards them.
