My road to health
Well I have lost several pounds since changing my diet. It is definitely a daily challenge to balance all the numbers. But I am trying and working hard at it!

My Goals:
I would like to lose a few more inches around my waist, thighs, upper arms and buttocks.
My Program:
I eat as healthy as I can but I try not to go over board. If I am craving something or want something, then I eat it. I just do my best to exercise daily to maintain my health. I do need a lot of protein because I have low blood sugar issues and a higher protein diet helps even out my sugar levels.
Personal Information:
I am a mother of 3 beautiful children, two amazing grand children. I love to run and exercise in general. I obtained a full time teaching job (4th grade) and I recently got married!! Been a busy summer at my house! :)
Other Information:
I've ran one full marathon, 5 half marathons, one 10 mile race and to many to count 10 and 5ks! I am truly passionate about running. I've been running for almost three years. I recently started biking because I have learned the importance of cross training and giving my running muscles a break. Not to mention, a change up is good for the body!
