    Let's keep in touch. I try to blog most days - stop by and read them when you can - that can help us get to know each other better.

    I encourage you to track your food and exercise - that helps hold you accountable, and motivates you to stick to your plan. I find it really helps me a lot! And you can set up your weight loss ticker - it's another thing that helps keep you motivated, as you see your progress. And don't worry, Patty, if your progress is slow - that's why lots of us belong to the Slowest Losers Team - LOL!! The important thing is that we keep on working at it, and little by little, we WILL reach our goals!

    You're already off to a good start on your journey to a happier and healthier you! You've designed your Spark Page and joined a few teams. emoticon

    Posting on the message boards is a great way to meet people and make friends.

    Don't try to do too much too fast, or you might get discouraged. Pick a few things you can really commit to - like tracking your food and at least 15 minutes of exercise a day. Then as you feel ready, you can add on more. Just remember, you CAN do it!!
