To lose weight so I can wear the clothes I like and of course so I can be healthier.

Walking, exercising at home, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga and trying to eat well. Working with a Naturopath.

I'm a mom to two wonderful young men who are 21 and 22 (a physics student/drummer & a truck driver with a soft heart; both are into heavy metal lol). I'm also a graduate student but circumstances dictated that I return to work full-time for now. My husband is a real sweetheart and supports me in all ways 100% As you might have guessed from that little hockey pin I'm wearing in the first photo (my husband gave it to me that day) we live in Montreal. : )

I don't watch a whole lot of tv but I enjoy family friendly sitcoms and movies.
