Secondary to that I want to work towards a healthier lifestyle
My Program:
Walking is my favourite exercise and I want to build my body up to the point where I can once again thoroughly enjoy my walks. I will be following the 80/20 guideline where 80 percent of the time I will eat and follow a healthy lifestyle.
