FDOODLES
Thanks for the SparkGoodie the other day - sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you! I'm glad you enjoyed the song, you can listen to it on youtube also, just search for "accidents can happen" by Sixx A.M.

Hi, I have seen your comment the other day on the Sparkguy's page (the one behind this website), I do agree with you that it is not easy for us, people not from the USA to get some ingredients from recipes or understand their vocabulary, slang languages or others but you know, the easiest way is to type 'meaning of (the word)' in google or 'substitute to (the word) as in a recipe or click on 'Images' in google....I do it and it works, like for example we got no escarole in Mauritius so when I googled online I found on that it tastes pretty much like watercress, i got to know that 'butternut' which we don't have in here is a variety of pumpkin lol... as for 'oz' which you asked the SPguy about, is short for 'ounces', it is a term for measurement (1 ounce/oz = 28.3495231 grams)
Please do not hesitate to ask me if I can be of any help to you!!
