60SIXTY
You and I have several things in common. I am 69 with the big birthday next month. I am also a 7 year breast cancer survivor. I have lost about 60 lb. That places me as overweight but no longer obese. I would like to lose more, but it doesn't seem to be happening. My exercise is a physical therapy program for my back. Nobody can fix my back, but plan is to control pain and keep me walking short distances. 🤓 925 days ago

Happy Sunday ,the start of a new week. Hope it goes well for you.
Even though I have blogged this today I feel the message is timeless and I wanted to share it with all my teammates.
I am taking my inspiration this week from Ann Frank.
A 13 year old girl who was a victim of the Holocaust, She spent 2 years and 29 days in hiding during the German occupation Her family was discovered in 1944. She was imprisoned at Bergen Belser, where she died ,at the age of 15, of typhus in March 1945. While in hiding Ann kept a diary.
I chose this quote.
Everyone inside of them has a piece of good news.! The good news is you don't know how great you can be !. How much you can love.! What you can accomplish ! And what your potential is !
This I feel is a powerful statement coming from a young gil, who is living through horrific circumstances.
