    Hi.

I just wanted to drop in and say thank you for your comments on my post about muscle soreness/tightness.

I will definitely be trying out that massage!

Thanks for the support on my blog today! I set my daily calorie goal at 1550 calories (I'm 5'1" and 65 years old). This is a NOT for quick weight loss, but it is a level at which I can lose between .5 and 1.0 pounds per week, on average (I have 65 I want to lose) and not go crazy or starve. It is a level I can maintain (if I log my intake) after the weight is gone and should be a good maintenance level. So I've skipped the "diet" and gone straight to "maintenance", assuming my current weight can't be supported by 1550 calories per day and will have to lose the extra fat. It's a strategy which has worked before, so I'm counting on it to lead to permanent weight control this time!

Good luck losing your 32 pounds!
