    I have been doing really are you?? Teaching is good, but it's still really cold here. I really want it to be Spring!

    I met my originial goal weight today :) I readjusted it a little -- I want to see if I can lose three more pounds.

    Hey Espi! I'm so glad you're still with it. Even though, the official excitement has worn off, I'm so happy that you're still with us! We struggle, but somehow... we keep on going and that's freakin awesome! I'm so blessed that I found a friend to go through this challenge and you have truly helped me stay motivated and inspired to reach my goal!

    Hey ESPI! Thanks so much for the inspiration! You're so right! I need to give in with the cravings... but sometimes it just isn't enough. i think we're both PMSing... you know how it goes =P. It's great that you're still keeping up with the workouts and eating healthy even if your crazy busy with school and work! I love women who value their body and nurture it. I'm starting to believe that taking care of our bodies is really the foundation of how we react in life situations (like stress). I'm glad you're liking your body more... I'm liking the mirror better =P

    Anyway... how's the teaching going? Anything interesting going in with ur life other than workouts, health stuff and work?

    I get pretty bored with strength training too, but actually I get more bored being on the elliptical and the treadmill. Atleast with strength training, the counting kinda distracts me and makes time go by a little faster. What kind of strength training do you do?

    My workouts usually starts with a 10 minute stretch, 25-35 minutes on the elliptical, 10-20 minutes of strength training (depending on my energy)... my strength training usually doesn't include weights... only for my arms. But I use my body weight for the rest (squats, plies, pushups, ab crunches, planks, lunges, leg lifts). And then if I usually stretch for two minutes in the end.
    Any weightloss lately? If not, that's okay... just as long as u feel that ur getting tone and muscle. Just an advice, if you're not already doing it... I usually wait 3 hours before I do my workout so I workout on an empty stomach and my body is actually burning "stored fat". Also I've made it a habit to not eat three hours before I go to sleep, and go to sleep almost hungry (it's pretty hard... but I force myself). What else... oh and sugars and carbs I eat early in the day and I just eat protein and veg for dinner (no fruits/dairy after afternoon snack)... this one is the toughest by far but I get crazy good results when I do this!

    I only have 10lbs to go for the challenge... but there's only over three weeks left of the challenge... CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? Well even if I don't reach it... I'm glad I lost 5! Lightest I've ever been since I was 11...
