Have you checked out the Linda Spangle team... "100 days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle" Don't worry overly much about the book.. I think you will find a ton of info and support in your quest to find the path that suits you best for attaining your health goals. The team leader Gill is ever so very supportive her username is SweetNufGill as opposed to other challenge teams which stress a different goal every week.. this teams only goal is to help you find the whys & hows ... of your weight issues.. why/when you eat and some hows to gain control of your whys & whens.. Probably should add this disclaimer... I have just stated my opinion on/of this team and its goals... the world at large just might disagree with my opinion. AND that would be great because we learn a lot more from diverse opinions than when everyone agrees 100%, 100% of the time. Well, think about it... and do check out the team.. we start our next round on Monday March 4..
Are you still 30? noticed you joined in 2009 (at least I think I remembered that correctly) In case you had not guessed... The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.
