Fitness Minutes: 1,114

My Goals:
Living the 80/20 rule. Any goal starts with 20% of 100 and I gradually work my way up to 80%. Allowing room for both misses and out-of-the-park hits.

Fitness Days: 22 out of 28 (80%)
Cardio: 65 min/wk (30%)
Strength: 18 min/wk (30%)
Flex: 18 min/wk (30%)
Water: 32oz (50%) 60% of the month
FIRM: 10 workouts/mo

My Program:
Daily buddy workouts scheduled. Not always done.

Additional workout for the day, is focusing on getting in 10 FIRM workouts a month. (They guarantee results within 10 - and they DON'T lie!)

Then I focus on my Cardio/Strength/Flex weekly minute goals. Basing my workout on where I am in my minutes, how I feel, and if I've done any other fitness that day.

I try to keep it loosely structured. I like to know what the overall game plan is, but need LOADS of variety (as far as individual workouts go),

    Welcome to the Ostara Challenge! Usually I'll send new members a sparkmail explaining everything, but since I can't send you a sparkmail, for whatever reason, I'll leave everything here as a comment.

    Everyone on your team will have a Saturday day to post a week-long challenge to your team (check on the team sparkpage for your date). The challenges will be posted on the comments section of the blog on the SEXYVIKINGS SparkPage, but it's a good idea to also post it on the Sexy Vikings Team Chat (to be found in the Challenges forum). Everyone can chat and support each other there as well.

    This challenge will based on points. The team with the most points wins. The points will be tallied on each week on Saturdays and changes will be made on your team's SparkPage every Saturday. If someone reports their points after Saturday, it may not get updated until the following Saturday. You can find it on your team's sparkpage, but you may earn points for the following:

    1 point can be earned daily for:

    *Doing at least 5 strength training exercises
    *Doing at least 10 minutes of cardio
    *Doing something spiritual
    *Staying in your calorie range
    *Keeping your portions in control (no eating a whole box of cookies for example)
    *Eating a total of 5 fruits and veggies (i.e. 1 fruit, 4 veggies)
    *Doing the challenge set forth by your team members

    Points earned on a weekly basis:

    *Report your points to your team: 1 point
    * Pound lost: 10 points
    * Inch lost: 25 points

    Due to the fact that someone locked everyone out of two of the other team profiles, only your team leader will have the password to your team's page. If you have any questions or any changes you would like made to your team's sparkpage, please contact her. In a pinch, AUTUMN_WIND will be able to do it also, but please contact your team leader first.
