My Goals:
Goal number one: get my a1c under control.... working on a plan...

My Program:
 New doctor, new focus. For now I'm trying to log my food, squeeze in exercise. In person visit coming up so a more specific plan is on the way.


Personal Information:
I live in the Berkshires, Western Massachusetts.

Married since 2002.

I have 2 cats Pinky and Darling.

I go to DisneyWorld at least once a year, twice whenever I can.

Not much of a TV fan, I don't even have cable.
