It really is ONE day at a time, ONE bite at a time, ONE step at a time, ONE pound at a time. But, if you stay the course, the pounds have nowhere else to go but down!
If I could start at 56, already in menopause, then you can do it too. All I did was count calories and use walking and the Walk Away The Pounds videos.
Stay with it - YOU are worth it!

p.s. re walking, I walk on average 3X daily, for a total of 6-7 miles. days that my walking buddy is not available, I do less.
Walk Away The Pounds videos did more for me than anything else. And, anyone can do them. Most libraries have them and you can find some at YouTube as well. I think. 2375 days ago
