Im still here!


As a wife, a mom and a business owner I tend to get caught up in life an not pay any attention to myself. Now I know and I am doing what I can to take care of me along with everything else. I am almost 30 and not getting any younger. I need to get healthy before it's too late and harder to do.

I just want to be healthy!

My Program:
 I am just going to do it. Work out when the girls are in school and watch what I eat. Just because I make goodies with the kids doesnt mean I need to eat them.

 I love to read listen to music and have a nice date with my hubby every now and again even if we cant leave the house.

    Actually, we are closer to Indiana. I did live in Northern Michigan almost my whole life and was closer to Big Rapids. i have heard of Jackson, although I haven't ever been there myself. Big city right?
