    I do both...I go in person and I do online. I don't like the support groups at all...which is why I go to SP because they have the best system and people! I will be glad to answer you on anything I know. It isn't a lot probably compared to Cathy who works at WW!!!! lol But I am glad to.

    You are probably wondering about the weekly points I bet. Cause that was my main question. I learned that everyone does it differently. Some WW leaders say you should use them; others say you don't have to. WW attendees have told me they use them all at once on a special occasion; others have told me they only use so many points max a day because then they gain. The weekly points still confuses me a bit. I have been dipping into them a bit more this week and last. Last week I lost .4...my lowest # yet, but I am happy with that and any losses...I don't care about the amount. This is for life I figure.
