    Sorry it took so long for me to answer your question... when I add spices that are in the tracker and have some kind of a carb count, I use those entries for my measured additions. If I use something like a spice blend that isn't in the tracker or that shows a "0" carb count, then I add my incidental manually entered values. I've been sucking lately no matter what I do and have managed to gain a chunk, but I'm starting at day 1 AGAIN every time I screw myself over. New job, new hours a whole new level of suck but trying to be as accurate when I DO track as possible. Hope you're doing well and are back on track!
