    We are very blessed to have a great Pharmacist, he is actually part of DH's health team through the VA. All of DH's medical errors have been made by ER situations. I am at the point where I ask to see the booklet/inserts for all meds ER Drs try to give him. I have caught potential dangerous medications combinations 3 times already from ER visits. It makes me a bit crazy because I have no medical background yet pick up on their errors.

    Anyway--thank you for letting me vent.
