Day 1 or day 1,001?!
I feel that I've started "Day 1" thousands of times, but this time needs to be FOR REAL!
Step 1= weight loss. I am letting being overweight and out of shape take a toll on my otherwise healthy lifestyle.
I need help and hopefully Spark will help me be accountable!
My problems are snacking and not being active!
