The Fat Diminisher Diet - is one we found on the internet - one of those - lose 20 lbs in a month - whatever.....
But what we liked about it was that you eat real food and add some superfoods in powder form to make a smoothie that you drink down morning and night. I talked to my friend who owns a health food store in our community and she said - yup! that's pretty much the mix I used to drop 33 lbs in 6 weeks. HOLY COW!!!!!

I will email you the PDF version of smoothies and meals.
Basically its adding Wheatgrass powder, Spirulina Powder or caplets and cacao nibs to turn up your metabolism day time and night time while you sleep.

Join Marta and I - any exercise 20 minutes a day will do - pick a HIIT workout or just go for a brisk walk. NO need to kill yourself.

I have just lost my patience. The food side of this challenge is still on track with what my dietician and I have going on - so adding in the smoothies - I"ll try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decide. Visualize. Plan. Do. Measure. Record. Track. Analyze. Adapt.
    Continue.

Not all at once. Add as you can.

    Congratulations.

    Hi
I like what you are doing as I try to do the same, I am a comfort eater so if I don't buy I cannot eat, my one downfall is bread so I mostly buy rolls or cobs and freeze them.
    Good Luck

Single servings-nice! My "we-can-eat anything-&-everything-&-nvr-gain-an-oz" husband and teenage son make it more challenging for me to make good choices at home...but having the more countable and therefore ACCOUNTable single-servings makes it easier. So here's to emoticon emoticon emoticon FOR THEM...
and emoticon emoticon emoticon FOR ME! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Thanks to actually reading my Spark em and reading your comment, I'm back on track! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Thank you, and ty Spark! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

That's our daughter's Bengal cal, well, it was, she sold it, it's the kitten of her cat, and so pretty. She's got Nora (the mother) up to be bred, because when she purchased the cat they told her she was pregnant, and if she didn't have a litter, she could have her rebred (she only have one kitten). So hoping for more this time.

Have a wonderful weekend ahead, hopefully you won't be getting the freezing rain we're expecting; rather have snow, but what can you do. Always smile, make someones world brighter! emoticon
