Introduction Text I have been in Sparks since 2010 and have seen my weight go up and down like a yo-yo. I have had surgeries and other set backs in my life. I am determined to do better physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My emotions sometimes gets the better of me. I am determined to only eat when I am hungry or need more calories. I like Sparks because of the support I get here. Together we can make this happen.

Lose weight I recently gained. Start doing more exercising again; cardio and strength. Drink more water and stop emotional eating habits. Read my Bible more and pray. Memorize scripture more. Journal or write poetry instead of emotional eating.

I am trying to eat 5 fruits or veggies a day. I do cardio 6 days a week and strength train for 4 days. I am doing harder work outs to lose more. Trying to drink less coffee; and more water.

i have lived in Wisconsin all my life. For 28 years of my life I lived on a farm with my family until my husband died. Now I live in Peshtigo.

I like books by Frank Perreti, Max Lucado, and I love Christian romantic suspense books. One of my favorite bible verses is Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
