I am just starting my weight loss/healthy lifestyle. I will be starting a blog later today to keep track of my ongoing journey to good health.
My story up to this point is amazing. I am a survivor and determined to meet all my goals since I made it through a harrowing medical ordeal I didn't need to suffer through.
My recent "A-ha!" moment was seeing a picture of me next to a 6'2" wide receiver and seeing I am wider than him!!

Lose 80 pounds.
Be physically active every day for 10 minutes and slowly increase activity time to 30 to 40 minutes per day as my health/body allows.
Meet my personal goals.
My Program:
Food plan per my medical doctor.

I live in New England with my husband and two big dogs. I enjoy writing and playing classical guitar.
Other Information:
I wrote a children's picture book. The book is coming out in March 2019.
