ok, not gonna worry about nothing else except sticking to my new convictions and my new way of life!
March 11/2013- starting my food tracking, my exercise tracking and re learning my way aound this site, been awhile since i have been on and its change alot...for the better from what i have seen so far! I have to start slow so i dont hurt myself, did a 30min boxing routine today, only had to stop a few times so not too bad for being so out of shape. plan is to post something here every day about how i am doing. The exerise sure felt good and I am already starting to feel more in control of myself. now, just gonna try to update my pages and relearn about the site!

re started this journey yesterday and feeling very good about it too. I have to keep reminding myself to take it slow, so I don't get overtired and sore to the point that i will want to quit. So, because i exercised yesterday its my day off today! just gonna do my laundry and some cleaning to day

got my boxing in today as planned! yea! went shopping and bought a cheese cake...idk why....wasnt craving it or nothing just did and promply came home and ate 2 pieces, so needless to say, today is a bad calorie day!! boo!

got my boxing in, 30 mins! yea! unfortunatly there is still cheesecake in the fridge haunting me! funny, cause if i dont have junk in the house i never really think about it, but if there is some, it haunts me till its all gone!! needless to say i WONT be bringing any more cheese cake home!

yesterday was my 5 days in a row getting my normal mon, wed, and friday workout in as well as my 10 min challenge on the other days! yea me! I felt very hungry yesterday although i did nip it in the bud with a large 6 oz serving of chicken for supper. I think i may have to stay away from the carbs today as well, as i have that hungry feeling again and i just had breakfast! Today is my day "off" for exercise but gonna do my neglected house work today and get moving a bit that way at least! So far so good! feeling good about this re start!

got my 10mins in and an extra 5mins! a week in and i already lost 6lbs! whoo hooo! feeling great about my re start! except now im getting a head cold! but not gonna let it stop me, gonna continue on my plan, i may not be able to go hard but go i will!!
