I'm a mother of two grown daughters, one grandson and a granddaughter on the way, been married to my wonderful husband for 26 years and I retired from the Air Force after 21 years. I have finally realized that I have to/want to start taking care of myself. This means watching how we eat and being more active. I'm also a Plexus Ambassador!

    Thanks I have to agree it is a good feeling with good spouse.
    I have been on the road all day 8.30am appointment for Blood work results and checking out what else need to be checked .
    I just got home DH made some coffee the phone rang it was the acupuncturist I was hoping to get a cancellation I had to be there by 11am, so I took my coffee and drove 30 miles to his place.
    I am doing great.
    Thanks for your support (((HUGS)))HAPPY you had a great work out.

    Hi again POOH GIRL, I hope you are feeling a bit better.

    I know about the aching back. L3/L4 hemilaminectomy for herniated discs from lifting a heavy dresser up the stairs .

    At the hospital and a few days at home I had to get down and put on his socks and Brace so it became active and as I have been active too it is asking for walking but too cold to walk outside. I know ice will help but I use heat because it feels nicer. YES I am a big baby but I cannot change now.

    QUESTION does it check your heart rate. I have a heart rate monitor I am supposed to wear but it is a nuisance does Fit bit do that too. emoticon emoticon emoticon
